UX for on-demand TV content.
Net is the leader broadcaster network in brazil, responsible for delivering on-demand content to over a million homes.
Their challenge was to consolidate all their offerings into a new refreshed interface to improve user experience in both legacy and up to date setup boxes.
Together with Net's product, marketing and engineering team we went to create a new information architecture to converge segmented services, and design an interface that helped viwers better manage and interact with content. The solution was also extreamily effective in addressing legacy devices, overcoming hardware limitations and complex layering of visual elements to deliver the most responsive application possible to all.
