A new floor-care product line to enter a growing emerging market.
We worked with 3M to enter a new market and design the ideal floor care product line, by co-creating and collaborating with consumers.
We extracted insights from ethnographic user research and conducted ideation workshops with consumers, designers and 3M marketing team. We worked closely with the manufacturing experts to reduce cost, improve quality and push the boundaries of current fabrication techniques, resulting in an award-winning design project case.
